Have you ever looked back at the last few months and wondered how you got to the present? It seems like a blink of an eye since I was in St. Louis and the tournament was starting, and it’s now past the 4th of July. As a kid, June felt like an eternity (in a good way) since there was no more school, but once the fireworks were done, the days seemed to fly by. That is how this baseball season is feeling. April dragged, then we hit the Derby, and just like that it’s the All Star Break. I’m not sure if this is naturally what happens when you get older, but I’ve felt a growing sense of sentiment with baseball and childhood these first three months of the season. Maybe all of this gambling brings joy to my life, causing the rush of emotions!
So here we are, at the All Star Break, and I’ve missed four weeks of recaps due to my travels. One day in Paris, two days in Normandy, four days in London, and 14 days in Chicago, and that was just the month of June! The good news is that the bankroll is still kickin, the whatever news is that it’s been a small net loss since I last wrote. Here’s how I fared by week:
6/9 28-19 -28.98 Units
6/16 30-22 -14.4 Units
6/23 25-13 +29.07 Units
6/30 18-8 +2.19 Units
7/7 26-15 +9.98
Total 127-77 -2.14 Units
Overall 2019 MLB Season 376-243 +54.5 Units
The last three weeks have been a nice run, and the Break is happening at the appropriate time which will allow me to make adjustments for the second half. Enjoy the Derby and the game, because Training Camp will be here shortly and before you know it, you’ll be back in your desk for the first day of school!
Here are my plays for today, Sunday, July 7th:
